however, stated that he adhered to his previous ruling,

namely that in order to ensure free entry of goods

into the Islands under the Payne Tariff law of 1909,

such goods must be shipped in one bottom.

It would, therefore appear, that it is still the

intention of the local authorities to enforce this

ruling and it will be interesting to observe whether

local importers will attempt to obtain any decision

on this point from the local courts.
